Refund Policy

At Zwolf Vault, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.
  • To request a return, contact us with your order details and product images.

Replacement

  • Replacement is available if:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged product received
    • Missing item in order
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement will be processed after verification.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Product used or damaged by customer
  • Request raised after return period
  • Minor color difference due to screen variation
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping.
  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.
