At Zwolf Vault, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.
- To request a return, contact us with your order details and product images.
Replacement
- Replacement is available if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing item in order
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Replacement will be processed after verification.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Product used or damaged by customer
- Request raised after return period
- Minor color difference due to screen variation
- Incorrect address provided by customer
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping.
- Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.
